Mall and plaza rules
Shopping centres usually set move hours, loading-dock times and insurance paperwork for tenants. Ask the property manager for the tenant move rules as early as possible, and send them with your quote request.
During a renovation, fixtures and stock can wait in storage until the space is ready.

Starting prices in CAD before tax, based on typical Toronto and GTA market rates. The final price depends on volume, floors and elevators, distance, timing and building rules, and is confirmed in your written quote.
Evening, overnight and weekend work: typically 20 to 40% above the weekday labour rate.
Retail move questions
Can you move a store overnight?
Small stores often can. Larger ones move over two or three nights. See after-hours moves.
Do you move between malls in different cities?
