# Storage for businesses

When the old lease ends before the new space is ready, or a renovation needs an empty floor, we pick up, store and deliver back when you are ready.

## What businesses store

- **Furniture**: Desks, chairs, workstations and boardroom furniture between spaces.
- **Files and archives**: Records that must be kept but do not need to be in the office.
- **Equipment**: Spare IT, AV and office equipment, wrapped and inventoried.
- **Store fixtures and stock**: Shelving, displays and seasonal stock during a store refit.

## How storage works

- **Inventory**: Everything is listed and labelled when it leaves your site.
- **Storage**: Items are stored in vaults or on pallets for as long as you need.
- **Delivery back**: Tell us the date and the address. We deliver all of it or only what you ask for.

## Starting prices for storage

| Item | Starting price |
|---|---|
| Storage vault | from $75 per vault per month |
| 3 movers with a 26 ft truck | from $150 per hour |

Starting prices in CAD before tax, based on typical Toronto and GTA market rates. The final price depends on volume, floors and elevators, distance, timing and building rules, and is confirmed in your written quote.

Pick-up and delivery are charged at the crew rate and listed in your quote.

## Storage questions

**What is the shortest storage period?**

Storage is usually billed by the month. Tell us your dates and we quote accordingly.

**Can I get part of my items back early?**

Yes. Because items are inventoried, we can deliver selected pieces.
